Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you have accepted delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@broochphone.com whereupon we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received.

If all conditions for the return are met, then a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Defective or Damaged items

  • For items arriving damaged, or defective, you may contact us at support@broochphone.com to request a refund. Proof of payment must be provided as well as any relevant information pertaining to the defect or damages.

Upon approval of your request, we will send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once your item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
